Woman’s Self Defense Workshop June 5th 2010

DID YOU KNOW THAT EVERY 6 SECONDS A WOMAN IS THE VICTIM OF A VIOLENT ATTACK???

This is a pretty frightening statistic for us @ Synergy Martial Arts.On Saturday June 5th we are hosting a Woman’s Self-Defense Workshop at Hamburg Fitness Center from 10am-12n. Here is all the important info.

Who: Women ages 12 & up

What: Keep It Simple Self-Defense (KISS) for Woman Workshop

Where: Synergy Martial Arts Training Center

8540 Hamburg Rd, Brighton Mi 48116

When: Saturday June 5th 2010

Cost: $10 all proceeds will be donated to Lacasa (www.lacasa.org)

This workshop will focus on situational awareness, what to do if grabbed and how to defend yourself against a larger stronger attacker.
